Oliver is a happy, playful puppy who has truly blossomed since being rescued as a stray alongside his mom and siblings. He was initially scared but has since found his voice and absolutely loves people! He's discovered the joy of toys, treats, and affection, and it's been incredibly rewarding to watch his personality shine. Oliver is now ready for the loving and secure home he has always deserved.
