About Charlotte - A great hiking partner

Meet Charlotte, a spirited 1 year and 8-month-old Black Lab mix who weighs around 40 pounds. Charlotte was found with her brother living in the bushes at a state park, but this resilient girl is now ready for a loving home. She's a ball of energy, full of life, and would be the perfect companion for someone who enjoys hiking or running. Charlotte is good with other dogs and likes to be in charge of playtime, preferring to guide her canine friends rather than follow. While we haven't seen her interact with children in rescue, her incredibly friendly nature suggests she'll do wonderfully with kids. She has a fantastic personality and is eager to find her forever family.

Ideal Home

Charlotte would thrive in an active household with a person or family that enjoys lots of outdoor adventures, such as hiking or running.

Ongoing Health

All dogs receive updated vaccinations and are spayed or neutered before adoption.

Training & Support

All dogs benefit from professional training to help them become their best selves. Charlotte enjoys directing playtime with other dogs, so continued socialization and guidance will be beneficial.
