Meet Lilyann!

Lilyann is a beautiful, perfect four-year-old hound pup. Her family can no longer keep her, and they've asked us to find her a loving home. She is a very special dog and will make for a wonderful family companion. Lilyann has a gorgeous red coat, warm brown eyes, and a pretty face framed by long, velvety ears. She is sweet, calm, friendly, and gentle. She can be shy at first but quickly warms up when she feels safe. She doesn't bark much, but when she does, it's a precious hound bark. Lilyann has lived with other dogs and is housetrained. She is good with people, especially children, and Mom says she warms up to kids first – she loves them! She gets along great with dogs and cats. Mom describes her as well-mannered and easy-going. She stays off the furniture unless invited up and prefers her dog bed, though she occasionally sleeps in a human bed. She loves to snuggle and will rest her head in your lap if invited. Gently stroking her ears is one of her favorite things!

Ideal Home

Lilyann enjoys playing with other dogs and would love a fenced yard to run and sunbathe in. She's okay on a leash but definitely prefers the freedom of a yard.

Ongoing Health

Lilyann was recently diagnosed with heartworms and has begun treatment. While undergoing treatment, she needs to be kept less active. Once treatment is complete and she tests negative, Lilyann will live a full and healthy life. She has been spayed.

Training & Support

Lilyann is housetrained and well-mannered. She is also a little on the chunky side and is working on her weight.
