Porkchop is a handsome, playful, and affectionate guy who has been with us since the summer of 2022. He's a volunteer favorite and has overcome heartworms and learned to enjoy playing with other dogs. He's working on his leash manners, which is tricky for all dogs at the shelter when they're so excited to get outside!

Ideal Home

Porkchop would do best in a home without children under 8. We haven't been able to assess his reaction to cats.

Ongoing Health

Porkchop has successfully been treated for heartworms.

Training & Support

Porkchop is currently working on his leash manners. He gets very excited when it's time to go out!
