Binx is a handsome, 1-year-old, 70-pound Staffordshire Terrier mix who was found as a stray in Houston, Texas. He's a perfect blend of playful energy and affectionate cuddles, with a big personality and an even bigger heart. Binx loves to play with toys, chase his dog friends, and can often be found tossing his toys in the air and bucking around like a little horse. He's especially fond of interactive toys and anything that crinkles. When it's time to relax, Binx is happiest curled up on the couch, soaking up pets and giving kisses. He's incredibly smart and eager to learn, already knowing "sit," "shake," and "no," and he particularly enjoys being brushed. Binx can be a little cautious around new people, especially tall men, and appreciates a slow introduction process. He does best with well-balanced dogs who are calm and respectful when they approach, and a fenced yard would be ideal. Binx is looking for a patient and loving family who will give him the chance to shine, and he'll reward them with endless laughs, loyalty, and companionship.
Ideal Home
Binx would do best in a home with older children (10+) or adults who can respect his need for a slow introduction process. He does best with well-balanced dogs who are calm when they approach. A fenced yard and a family who enjoys moderate activity followed by plenty of couch snuggles would be ideal.

Binx already knows his name, "sit," "shake," and "no," and he continues to pick up new things quickly. He can be cautious around unfamiliar people and may need a few introductions before feeling comfortable.

Transporation
Binx is currently in a foster home in Houston, Texas. He is able to transport once an adopter is matched. Transports run every few weeks and he will be on the next available transport once approved.
