Onyx 2 -MD

Onyx is a charming and gentle 5-year-old boy, weighing approximately 42lbs, who is searching for his forever home. He was rescued from a high-kill shelter in Florida and is now thriving in a loving foster environment. Onyx is a very smart and playful dog who enjoys making new friends, both human and canine! His sweet and affectionate nature makes him a wonderful companion, always ready for a cuddle or some belly rubs. He's the kind of dog who will stick by your side through thick and thin.

Ideal Home

Onyx would love a home where he can continue to socialize and play. We are unsure of his behavior with cats, but he had a very positive interaction with a dog during a recent meet and greet.

Ongoing Health

Onyx is up-to-date on all his shots and preventatives. He is neutered.

Training & Support

We are still learning about Onyx's house, crate, and leash skills. However, a trainer in Florida has offered to work with him if needed, to help him succeed.
