Meet Petunia! This sweet, social, and adaptable 11-month-old Lab mix puppy is eager to join an active family. She's already doing wonderfully in her foster home, living harmoniously with multiple dogs, a cat, and even young children. Petunia has a balanced personality, enjoying playful romps, especially in the snow, and then cuddling up for affection. She's gentle with kids and respectful of the resident cat. Ideal Home

Petunia would thrive in a home that's ready for the adventures of puppyhood. She enjoys spending time with her family, whether that's playing in the yard or relaxing indoors. She'd be happy with or without a canine sibling, as she's proven to be social and good with other dogs. She's also shown she's great with young children.

Ongoing Health

Petunia is up-to-date on all her vetting, which includes vaccinations, deworming, flea and heartworm prevention, and has been spayed. She's also microchipped.

Training & Support

As a young puppy, Petunia will need a family committed to continued training and socialization. We require adopters to implement crate training immediately to aid in potty training, energy management, and developing a well-balanced adult dog.

Transporation

Petunia is currently fostered in the Indianapolis, IN area. We offer nationwide transport via our rescue's USDA-certified system. Drop-off locations include WA, UT, OR, ID, VA, PA, OH, NY, CT, VT, TN, KY, WI, MN, IL, WI, and Canada. Transport has an additional $87 surcharge. Texas adopters must pick up in the Houston area.
