Rascal is a sweet 16-pound boy with a heartbreaking story. A month ago, he and his best friend were dumped together and left to fend for themselves. Tragically, his friend passed away before they could be rescued. Rascal was understandably terrified and unsure of who to trust. However, now that he knows he's safe, his loving personality is truly shining through. He's a gentle soul who is just looking for kindness and a chance at a better life.
