Lilly meets people like she waited her whole life for new best friends. She jumps up gently for affection, rolls onto her back for belly rubs, and pops right back up just to ask for more. Lilly is the ultimate people lover. Shes the kind of dog who wants to be where you are. She leans into affection, melts during touch, and happily soaks up every bit of love you give her. Shes affectionate without being overwhelming, and her gentle little hops for attention are completely heart melting.

We believe Lilly may be a soft, fluffy little German Shepherd mix but as with any rescue, thats always our best guess. What we know for sure is that shes 34 pounds of pure sweetness wrapped up in one adorable, compact package. She has that shepherd sparkle and loyal heart, just in a smaller, easier to handle size. At 34 lbs, shes sturdy enough for adventures but petite enough to manage with ease. She walks nicely overall and may just need a little leash polishing nothing her smart, eager to please self cant handle.

Lilly greets other dogs politely and appropriately. A true friend to all, she is comfortable with dogs of all shapes and sizes. She has a wonderful temperament that allows her to thrive. Lilly would do best with a medium to low energy dog who will give her space as she settles in. She is also perfectly happy to thrive as your one and only dog. This sweet cutie patootie girl is officially ready to find her forever home!

Is Lilly a fan of feline friends? We believe shed be just fine with a cat, because of her gentle demeanor. We can arrange a kitty sleepover to test the waters and give everyone clarity and see if theyll be best buds!

Lilly could thrive in either a home with a yard or an apartment. Shes small, adaptable, and easy to walk. She would make a wonderful family dog and would especially shine in a home that includes her in daily life, outings, and adventures. Anywhere there are people to love, Lilly will fit right in.

We facilitate adoptions nationwide using our rescue run USDA certified transport system, ensuring every pet travels safely and comfortably with 24/7 care. Our transport includes drop off locations, in WA, UT, OR, ID, VA, PA, OH, NY, CT, VT, TN, KY, WI, MN, IL, WI and Canada (pick up in Bellingham, WA, Buffalo, NY or Brattleboro, VT for for Canadian adopters). You will have the opportunity to track their journey in real time, see photo updates, learn fun facts, connect with fellow adopters and fosters through our private Facebook event page! Before the adoption is finalized, you will meet your pet through a video call, creating a fun and personalized experience!

The adoption fee is $1,200.00 and includes all vetting (DAPP with booster, Bordetella, Rabies vaccine, multiple broad spectrum deworming treatments, spay/neuter, flea prevention, a 12 month heartworm preventative injectable, heartworm test and treatment if needed, a microchip with free lifetime registration, a high quality nylon Martingale collar, a health certificate deeming the pup healthy for travel, cost of transport*, and priceless years of love and loyal companionship!

At our 2 acre Texas based property, we assess every animal with trainers on staff, we modify behavior as needed, and create individualized behavior plans to help prepare dogs for their future families including crate training, potty training, leash walking, etc. Our fosters are able to attend group training and socialization play groups helping them stay confident, well rounded, and adoption-ready. Our on-site trainers are dedicated to each dogs growth and we enjoy seeing their progress!

From routine care to advanced treatments, each dog receives personalized attention. Hard costs for a healthy dog range from $804-$920; heartworm-positive dogs or those needing specialized care can exceed $2,000+. Adoption fees help cover a portion of these expenses, but without government funding, we rely on fundraising to bridge the gapranging from $100$1,000+ per dog.
