Ridge

Ridge is a 8-month-old Anatolian Shepherd who has emerged from a hoarding situation remarkably sunny and social! He's playful, gregarious, and a genuinely happy soul who loves people and other dogs. He's also good with cats! While still a puppy, he's already a large, opinionated boy who is growing into an even larger, more opinionated adult. His adopter will need to understand the breed and be ready to provide structure and guidance. Ridge has decided life is excellent, and he's ready to share that joy with his forever family. He does have a healthy suspicion of the Roomba, though – that's a demonic floor creature that should not be trusted!

Ideal Home

A fenced yard is a must for Ridge, and this is not a dog suited for apartment living or a casual leash-walk-only lifestyle. He needs a home that understands the Anatolian Shepherd breed and is prepared for a very large, opinionated adult dog. We are recommending children over 10 years old for Ridge.
