If you're looking for a happy, active puppy to share life's adventures with, Skye is ready to meet you! Skye is a 5-month-old Beagle mix with the playful spirit you'd expect from a puppy her age. She's full of energy, loves exploring the world, and is always excited when it's time for a walk—or even better, a chance to run and stretch those puppy legs! When playtime is over, Skye has a sweet, affectionate side. She loves to cuddle, happily rolls over for belly rubs, and enjoys spending time with her people. Her favorite toys include a Kong tennis ball and a squeaky pizza, and she's always content to settle in with a bully stick for some chewing time. Skye is doing well with crate training and doesn't mind her crate. She'll bark or whine to let you know when she needs to go outside while she's crated, and she's improving each day. She's still working on house training and is not fully potty trained yet, so her new family should be prepared to continue her routine with patience and consistency. On walks, Skye does best after she's had a chance to burn off some energy. She can be calm and attentive, but as a young puppy she can also become excited and distracted by all the sights, sounds, and smells around her. She's still learning leash manners and basic obedience, and she's looking for a family committed to continuing her training using positive reinforcement. Like all puppies, Skye will need guidance as she grows, but she's already showing that she's friendly, loving, and eager to be part of the family. If you're ready for puppy kisses, adventures, and watching a wonderful young dog grow into an amazing companion, Skye can't wait to meet you!
