Meet Vanilla, a sweet and resilient 3-month-old, 12-pound female Labrador Retriever mix who’s ready to trade uncertainty for a lifetime of love! Vanilla and her siblings were found abandoned in the mountains of Puerto Rico, facing hunger and the dangers of busy roads. Despite this challenging start, Vanilla’s spirit is as gentle and loving as her name suggests. She greets everyone with soft eyes, a wagging tail, and a heart full of hope. She’s the kind of puppy who will quietly follow you, melt into your arms, and remind you daily of the beauty of resilience. Vanilla is ready for the loving home she deserves, a safe haven where she’ll never be left behind again.

Vanilla would thrive in a home where she can receive consistent love and attention. She has been noted as "Couch," "Curious," "Friendly," "Gentle," "Loves," "Smart," "Affectionate," and "Funny." She has shown positive interactions with cats and children under 8. Her interaction with children 8 and up is unknown.

Vanilla is vaccinated. She has not yet been spayed or neutered.
