Chocolate is a sweet, resilient pup who’s ready to find his forever family! He was rescued and brought to a vet clinic where the staff, impressed by his gentle and loving personality, named him Chocolate. This name symbolizes a fresh start for him after a difficult beginning.
Chocolate’s past was challenging. He was once tied to a bicycle with a shoestring, struggling to breathe. Thankfully, a kind woman intervened, bought him from his owner, and got him the help he needed. This rescue changed his life, and he soon learned to trust and experience kindness and love. Now, he lives with two wonderful foster moms who treat him like family and has a human sister who showers him with affection. He’s discovered the joys of soft beds, toys, and delicious homemade treats, and enjoys playing with his foster siblings while they all await their forever homes.
Chocolate loves to run and play, especially with his foster sister, Moom. He’s a very affectionate dog who enjoys cuddles, kisses, and being close to his people. He is fully potty trained and finds comfort in his crate, which he considers his cozy safe space. Car rides are still a bit new to him, and things with wheels can sometimes make him nervous, but with patience and reassurance, he's growing more confident each day.
