Meet Mila! She's a spayed, 3-year-old female Pitbull/Staffie mix weighing around 40lbs. Mila is a smart, curious, and affectionate girl who loves to be by your side. She's incredibly people-oriented and enjoys cuddles and attention. Mila is very teachable and eager to please, especially with reassurance. She's also a big fan of food and treats!
Ideal Home
Mila would thrive in a home with a moderately to very active family who has older, dog-savvy children (10+). She would also love to have at least one canine sibling, as she enjoys playing with other dogs, especially larger ones who can keep up with her energy. A family looking for a running partner or an outdoor companion would be perfect for Mila.

Mila is spayed and up-to-date on vaccinations.
Training & Support
Mila is still young and has some training ahead of her. She has a tendency to jump on other dogs during play, which some dogs may not appreciate. We recommend feeding Mila separately to ensure household harmony, as she's very enthusiastic about her food. While she hasn't been crate trained, she has proven herself trustworthy to be left unsupervised when food is put away and trash cans are secured. She may do best in a home where someone is present more often than not.

- Transports run every few weeks, and approved dogs will be on the next available transport.
- If you are not able to accept a dog until a specific time period, please apply at that time.

Mila is currently in a foster home in San Antonio, TX. She can be transported out of state once an approved adopter is found.
