About Chiquita

Meet Chiquita! She's a gentle, 10-year-old, 12 lb poodle-schnauzer mix with the sweetest heart. Chiquita's world was recently turned upside down when her beloved owner passed away. Through all the changes, she has shown nothing but love and a longing to be close to people. She adores cuddling, curling up in laps, and simply being near those who care for her.

Ideal Home

Chiquita has spent most of her life outdoors, so she isn’t fully housebroken yet, but she is eager to learn with patience and kindness. She currently lives peacefully with two other dogs and would do well in a home with furry companions or as the center of someone’s attention.
