This handsome pup is approximately 1 year old and weighs around 60 pounds. Muppet is a spirited black and brown dog, possibly with Australian Kelpie or Doberman in his lineage. Regardless of his breed, one thing is for sure: he's bursting with personality, affection, and a zest for life!

Muppet is the type of dog who wants to be involved in every aspect of your day. He's incredibly curious, whether you're vacuuming, gardening, walking, or simply relaxing at home – Muppet wants to be right by your side. His ultimate dream is to spend every moment with his favorite humans.

This charming goofball is still very much a puppy at heart. He's affectionate, loves showering his people with kisses, and, despite his size, believes he's a lap dog! He's also a lovable clown who is still mastering his manners. Muppet can get excited and might jump up for attention, occasionally using his big paws to greet you. For this reason, he would do best in a home committed to continuing his positive reinforcement training.

Muppet thrives on an active lifestyle and would flourish with a family that can provide regular walks, hikes, playtime, and mental stimulation. He adores playing in the water and might even excel in dog sports like agility once he learns to channel his energy effectively. After all, a stimulated mind is just as vital as active paws!

Muppet absolutely adores other dogs and would be thrilled to have a playful canine companion, especially one close to his size. He's social and playful, and he handles corrections from other dogs well. While he can be a bit boisterous, he is a gentle soul who retreats rather than escalates conflicts. He currently coexists harmoniously with a cat and does well with cat-savvy felines.

Muppet is mostly house-trained and continues to make progress daily. He walks nicely on a leash once his initial excitement subsides, shows no signs of food aggression, and willingly enters his crate when asked. Like many young dogs, he can get into mischief if left unsupervised and still has a tendency to chew on inappropriate items, so supervision and providing appropriate chew toys are essential.

His foster family describes Muppet as incredibly affectionate, eager to please, and always ready for the next adventure. He enjoys chasing squirrels, barks at the lawn mower, and investigates everything with boundless curiosity. However, at the end of the day, his greatest joy is simply being near his people.
