Monica

Monica is an energetic, playful, and loving pup who is ready to find her forever home! She's used to living outdoors and will need some patience and extra time to adjust to an indoor lifestyle. She and her siblings are not yet housetrained, but with a consistent schedule, they'll be well on their way!

Ideal Home

Monica has been curious about dogs passing by and would likely do well with other dogs after proper introductions. She has a prey drive for critters and has not lived with cats or smaller animals. She has been friendly and playful with children around 5 years old, though she was initially shy. All new animal introductions should be slow and proper.

Ongoing Health

Monica is a healthy young pup with no known health conditions at this time.

Training & Support

Monica has shown a tendency to resource guard her food with her littermates, so she may benefit from being fed separately if she joins a home with other dogs. She would also thrive with basic obedience training. Our staff can provide tips for successful introductions and training!

Application Details:

• Applications start by contacting us through Wags.
• Adoption holds can be placed in person or by calling the shelter.
• A $25 non-refundable deposit (plus tax) will reserve an animal for one day after they are ready for adoption.
• Minnesota sales tax and an administrative fee will be applied to all adoptions.
