Chanel Belle is a 4-year-old, 58lb pittie/boxer mix who absolutely adores people. She's the perfect companion for cozy couch snuggles or a helpful sidekick around the house and yard. Chanel's whole body wiggles with joy when she greets new people, and her docked tail goes a mile a minute! She's happy to be wherever you are, offering affection and a love equivalent to three dogs combined. While her exact breed and age are a mystery as a rescue, her cute underbite suggests some boxer or bully breed in her lineage.
Ideal Home
Chanel Belle would thrive in a home with a semi-active family that enjoys walks and is looking for a super affectionate companion. She'd be thrilled to have a backyard for stretching her legs and enjoying the sunshine with you. She's also a natural greeter, so if you enjoy hosting, she'll be the first to welcome your guests. Chanel would do best in a home with a mellow male dog who enjoys quiet company and isn't looking for a boisterous playmate, though she's also perfectly happy as the sole canine in the household. She would do best in a home without cats, as she was too interested in the resident feline.

Training & Support
Chanel is eager to learn and already knows basic commands like "sit," and may know "sit pretty." She's a treat-motivated learner, so teaching her new tricks, like dancing, should be a breeze! She walks well on a leash with occasional pulling and responds well to gentle correction. Chanel is house-trained, crate-trained, and her only request is to snuggle on the couch with you.

Transporation
Chanel Belle is currently located in Texas. We facilitate adoptions across the US through our own internal transport service, ensuring quality care. Transport is available to WA, UT, OR, ID, VA, PA, OH, NY, CT, VT, and Canada (Canadian adopters will need to pick up in Bellingham, WA or Brattleboro, VT). Adopters can follow their pet's journey on a private Facebook event page. All adoptions within Texas must be picked up from Friendswood, TX.
