Meet Wilson! This approximately 6-month-old Sheepdog/Shepherd mix is a true testament to resilience and love. Wilson was rescued from a devastating situation where he spent two months tied to a tree, enduring all types of weather. Despite this hardship, he has emerged as an incredibly sweet, loving, and playful companion. He adores human attention and gets along wonderfully with children and other dogs. While initially a bit shy, Wilson quickly blossoms into an affectionate, loyal, and friendly friend once he feels safe and secure. He weighs 33 lbs and is a young dog with a puppy's heart and a lot of energy.

Ideal Home

Wilson would thrive with an active family who enjoys outdoor adventures like walks and hikes, and who loves to spend quality time together. A home with a big yard or even acreage where he can run freely would be perfect for him. He would also love to have older children around who can play with him.

Ongoing Health

Wilson is up-to-date on vaccinations and is neutered.

Training & Support

As Wilson is still very much a puppy, he has lots of energy and will need continued training and socialization. He is not yet house-trained. With patience and consistency, he will surely blossom into a well-behaved companion.
