About Poppy

Poppy is a beautiful momma who is sure to melt your heart! She came to us from a high-intake shelter in Alabama after giving birth and nursing her pups. Now, Poppy is hoping to find her forever home too. Poppy is a super-friendly, go-with-the-flow kind of pup who's always ready for whatever adventure comes next! The moment she spots a person or another dog, her entire body turns into one giant wiggle! She loves playing with toys, making new friends, and then taking long naps to recharge. With her long legs and puppy-at-heart attitude, Poppy isn't always the most graceful lady, as nobody has told her she's not a tiny puppy anymore. Poppy is a fun-loving dog that's always smiling and wiggling, and she has the best 'puppy' eyes you've ever seen! Silly, affectionate, and endlessly lovable, Poppy is sure to keep her future family smiling!

Ideal Home

Poppy would do best in an active home that's ready to hit the ground running with training. Due to her jumpiness and mouthiness, we're recommending Poppy goes to a home with older children.

Ongoing Health

All adoption fees include spay/neuter, microchip, age-appropriate vaccinations and preventatives, fecal testing, and heartworm testing.

Training & Support

Poppy is super food motivated, which will be a big help with training.
