King Julien

King Julien is a regal Pomeranian with a personality as grand as his name! He came to us as a stray from Mankato Animal Impound, and while his past is a mystery, his present is all about showering his favorite people with affection. He absolutely thrives on companionship and loves nothing more than being close to his humans, whether he's snuggling in your lap or just by your side. King Julien is a smart pup who already knows how to "sit" and is always eager for some loving attention.

Ideal Home

King Julien would do best in a home without shared walls, like a single-family home, where his occasional barking won't disturb neighbors. He's looking for a loving companion who will cherish his affectionate nature and include him in all their activities.

No specific health concerns are noted at this time.

Training & Support

King Julien is working on managing some separation anxiety and may bark when left alone. He is also still learning house manners and has been known to mark, so his new family should be prepared to continue with consistent potty training and routine. His compatibility with other dogs, cats, and young children is unknown, so a slow and careful introduction would be best.
