Maggie

Maggie is a sweet, approximately 9-10 year old, 40 lb, spayed female mix of Basset Hound and Blue Heeler. She came to us from an abusive situation and was initially shy and anxious, but has truly blossomed into a gentle and loving companion. Maggie's anxiety has improved significantly, and she now thrives on being near her human and making them happy.

Ideal Home

Maggie would do best in a quiet home. She loves cats and would likely do well with one small, quiet dog. She is intimidated by larger dogs, so a home without them would be ideal. Loud noises and sudden movements can still startle her, though she is learning to overcome this.

Ongoing Health

Maggie is current on all her vaccines and has been fully vetted. She also has a microchip.

Training & Support

Maggie is fully housetrained and has never had an accident indoors. She is a loyal and wonderful dog eager to please her new family.
