Meet Kari! This sweet 7-month-old, 25 lb pup has had a tough start, coming to us with an injury that required the amputation of her leg. But don't let her past fool you – Kari is a remarkably happy and resilient girl who navigates the world with amazing grace on her three legs! She absolutely adores playing with other dogs and is also perfectly content entertaining herself with her favorite toys. She's a little shy when you first meet her, but her playful spirit and love for stuffed toys, bones, and digging will shine through. Kari is already crate and house trained, making her a wonderful companion.

Ideal Home

Kari would thrive in a home with a fenced yard, as this will provide her with a safe space to explore and play. She's a little shy initially, so a patient and loving environment will be perfect for her to gain confidence.

Ongoing Health

Kari is spayed, up to date on all her shots, and microchipped. She is a special needs dog due to her leg amputation, but she gets around wonderfully on three legs.

Training & Support

Kari is house and crate trained. She enjoys playing with her favorite toys, chewing on bones, and digging. Her shyness means she might need a little extra time to warm up to new people and situations.
