Lacey (20260627-12)

Lacey is a delightful 1 1/2-month-old Lab mix puppy who, along with her sibling Cagney, made a big journey from Northern Manitoba to find her forever home. With a DOB of 05/06/2026, she's a bundle of energy and affection, weighing in at about 8 lbs. Raised in a home environment, Lacey is friendly, social, playful, and has a happy-go-lucky personality. She's still exploring the world and exhibits all the normal, adorable puppy behaviors as she learns. Lacey is good with men, women, kids, other dogs, and cats, making her a potential addition to many types of families. She also rides well in the car and isn't food aggressive.

Ideal Home

Lacey needs a home with a yard where she can safely explore and play. While she can adapt to a home without another dog, having a canine companion is preferred. She is not suited for apartment living.

Ongoing Health

Lacey has not yet been spayed or neutered.

Training & Support

Lacey is currently working on crate training and house training, and her future family should be prepared to continue this with patience and consistency. She also needs ongoing socialization and basic manners training. As a puppy, she can be destructive, so supervision and positive reinforcement are key. She has no exposure to leash walking or reactivity to people or dogs.
