Amy is a kind and laid-back girl who describes herself as a bit of a loner. She enjoys the company of other dogs and they seem to like her too, but she prefers a more relaxed pace, perhaps a romp or two followed by some quality rest time. Amy was found as a stray in a less-than-ideal area of Houston, Texas. It's believed she may have experienced some trauma or abuse in her past, as she is missing some teeth and her head is a bit crooked. Despite her past, Amy is a loving and attention-seeking companion. She'd be delighted to join you on hikes or walks to explore new surroundings. If you're looking for a devoted snuggle buddy, Amy wouldn't mind being the only dog in the household. Due to her tendency to be an escape artist, a securely fenced yard is advisable for her safety. Her medium size makes her a perfect adventure companion for any journey.
