Hi, I'm Rio! I'm an adult male mixed breed dog with a heart of gold, just waiting for my chance to shine. I, along with my friends, were rescued from a difficult hoarding situation in Georgia where we didn't get the love and care we deserved. My past has made me a bit shy, and I need a patient and understanding human to help me learn that the world can be a wonderful place. I promise to be your most loyal companion if you give me the opportunity!

Ideal Home

I would thrive in an adult-only, calm home where I can feel safe and loved. Because I'm still learning to trust and navigate the world, a home with another friendly dog is a must. They will be my rock and help me come out of my shell.

Ongoing Health

I'm neutered and up-to-date on vaccinations.

Training & Support

I'm still learning what it means to be a dog and need a lot of patience and positive reinforcement. Big Dog Ranch is committed to helping me succeed and will provide support for my training needs to ensure I thrive with my new family.
