Spritz entered San Jacinto Shelter as a stray-emaciated, neglected, and in need of help. Despite everything she had been through, she was very friendly and affectionate towards the shelter staff and volunteers, and they advocated for her to be rescued. We welcomed Spritz as a Frosted Face at the end of March, and her sweet personality and adorable face are irresistible!
Estimated to be 10 years old and weighing 69 lbs., Spritz already knows commands like sit, stay, and shake (with both paws!). She loves attention (head, ears, and butt scratches are her favorite), and we are happy to oblige. Spritz is a gentle, loving soul who clearly just wants to be close to her people.
Spritz is currently on a Frosted Fling, and her foster mom only has positive things to report:
"Spritz is the biggest love bug ever! She is awesome in the car, eats like a champ, sleeps through the night, and is potty trained. She is super lovey and gentle, and all she wants in the world is head scratches and lazy cuddle time!
Here are a few more tidbits I've learned so far:
- Spritz is into short walks and long naps on the couch or floor.
- We saw a cat on a walk and she stopped, looked, then kept going.
- She loves to fetch plushy toys and then chomp on them.
- I left her alone for an hour today and checked the camera to find her snoozing - of course!
- Doorbells don't phase her.
- The carpet guy came by to measure, and I had Spritz on the leash to be safe. When he came to say hi to her, she wagged her tail and put her head down for scratchies.
Spritz deserves the best life with a forever family. All she wants, needs, and deserves is the return of her unconditional love."
