Malibu

Malibu is a handsome boy who has overcome a difficult past. He was found as a stray in Houston, without a microchip and not neutered, indicating he had not received proper care. Fortunately, animal control intervened, and he is now safe and fully vetted. Malibu is approximately 4 years old and is heartworm positive, but he's already on his way to recovery with a ProHeart 12 injection and a 30-day course of doxycycline as part of a slow-kill treatment. Despite his past hardships, Malibu's spirit shines through. He is playful, sweet, and incredibly affectionate, clearly cherishing human interaction. Once he settles in, he becomes calm and gentle, but his joy and gratitude for a second chance are always evident. He's ready for his next adventure and a loving forever home.

Malibu would thrive in a home that can appreciate his affectionate and playful nature. As he is still recovering, a calm and stable environment would be best.
