Nico is a charming 1-year-old Shih Tzu mix, weighing around 12 pounds. He arrived at the shelter in rough shape, neglected and severely matted, a sad reflection of a past he didn't deserve. Despite his difficult start, Nico's spirit remains unbroken. He's a wonderfully sweet, gentle, and affectionate pup who adores human company and attention. His warm and trusting nature shines through, proving that his past hardships haven't dimmed his loving personality. Nico is currently a little underweight, but with the right care and a loving environment, he'll quickly regain his strength and thrive. He has a special talent for quietly becoming the center of your world, offering unwavering loyalty and boundless affection. Nico is ready for a family who will cherish him, and in return, he promises to shower them with love.
