Henny

Meet Henny! She's a couch potato with a whole lot of personality, always wanting to be near her favorite people. Henny will go in her crate if asked, but she's quite vocal about her dislike for it. She's not much of a barker, only letting out a few yips when someone knocks at the door, but she absolutely adores visitors! Henny is great with children of all ages, from 10-year-olds to a 9-month-old baby, and she was even gentle when the little one was eating. Sometimes Henny forgets her size when she gets a burst of energy, zooming around the house and sliding on the floor. When she wants something, especially a treat, she'll let you know with a vocal whine and a stomp of her paw! At night, she loves to snuggle up close, often using you as a pillow while you watch TV.

Ideal Home

Henny would thrive in a home where she can be close to her family. She is not a fan of being crated for extended periods.

Henny has no known health conditions.

Training & Support

Henny knows basic commands like sit, lay, stay, and place. She'll even go to her designated "place" while you eat dinner and will stay put when you give her a treat. You'll need to use a firm tone when giving commands as she can get excited. She is not crated except for brief periods when guests arrive, and she gets overly excited. She doesn't chew on cords or furniture.
