Sterling Bear the Certified Lover Boy

Sterling Bear is the embodiment of a "certified lover boy"! This handsome, approximately 2-year-old, 72 lb Lab mix is the golden-hearted gentleman every Lab lover dreams of. He's incredibly easygoing, smart, and possesses a calm, steady temperament that will make your life feel a little easier. Sterling Bear is the full package, offering the perfect blend of adventure companion and snuggly pal. He's already crate and potty trained, knows a few basic commands, and absolutely loves treats.

Ideal Home

Sterling Bear would thrive in a home with a nice, big backyard where he can roam, chase squirrels, and relax in the sun. While we haven't seen him with children yet, we believe he would make a wonderful family dog.

Ongoing Health

As with any rescue, his exact breed and age are a mystery and cannot be guaranteed.

Training & Support

Sterling Bear has wonderful house manners and is respectful in the home. He is dog-friendly and enjoys playing with other happy-go-lucky dogs who understand play breaks. He's also perfectly content being the center of attention in a dog-free home.

Sterling Bear is located in Texas. We facilitate nationwide adoptions using our USDA-certified transport system, ensuring safe and comfortable travel with 24/7 care. Drop-off locations include WA, UT, OR, ID, VA, PA, OH, NY, CT, VT, TN, KY, WI, MN, IL, and Canada (pick-up in Bellingham, WA, Buffalo, NY, or Brattleboro, VT for Canadian adopters). Texas adopters must pick up from the Houston area.
