Ivory's adoption fee includes her spay surgery, current vaccinations (rabies, 4 parvo/distemper boosters, and Bordetella), a negative heartworm test (if she is 6 months or older at transport), a negative fecal test within 14 days of transport, a health certificate within 10 days of transport, and a registered microchip.
