Jenna is a sweet 16-month-old mixed breed who weighs around 55 pounds. She was abandoned as a puppy and has spent her life in foster care, always dreaming of her own forever home. While she loves her foster family, she's ready for a place to call her own. Jenna is generally polite, calm, and reserved, with bursts of playful puppy energy. She's a truly good girl who enjoys cuddles in bed, is house and crate trained, and is fantastic in the car. Jenna also loves the dog park and beach, is great off-leash, and enjoys playing fetch. She's calm around horses and generally well-behaved in public, though she has a protective instinct if she perceives a threat. Jenna settles beautifully indoors and keeps herself entertained with toys and chews. She lived with confident cats in her previous foster home but would likely do best as the only pet. Jenna is a fabulous hiking and adventure buddy who thrives with clear leadership and direction.
