Doocy - Pet of the Week

Doocy is our Pet of the Week! We have a sponsor for all of our dogs, and Doocy has a special bonus: his adoption fee is only $50. He's a special boy with a big personality, full of puppy energy, love, and endless kisses. Whether he's bouncing around with excitement or curling up for affection, he makes every moment brighter. He absolutely loves water and no pool is too small for a dip – if he fits, he is in! Doocy also loves toys! If it squeaks, bounces, or can be carried around proudly, Doocy is all about it. He's a lovebug who thrives on attention, cuddles, and being part of the action.

Ideal Home

Doocy will use a dog door, but he will need some help learning to use the door to go outside, as he currently lets himself out.

Ongoing Health

Doocy has had three rounds of puppy vaccines, has been de-wormed, and is on flea, tick, and heartworm preventative. He was recently neutered and received a rabies vaccine.

Training & Support

Doocy will need some guidance on using the door to go outside. We encourage adopters to read profiles fully and reach out with any questions; we are always happy to help.

Transportation

Doocy is available for transport to the following locations:

• Friday evening: Herculaneum, MO (south of St. Louis); Collinsville, IL (north of St. Louis); Springfield, IL; Bloomington/Normal, IL; Oglesby, IL; Roscoe, IL.
• Saturday morning/afternoon: Sun Prairie, WI; Fond du Lac, WI.

Please note:

• Green Bay area adopters will meet in Fond du Lac.
• Davenport area adopters will meet in Oglesby or Roscoe.
• Milwaukee area adopters will meet in Sun Prairie or Fond du Lac. Transport is included in our adoption fees, and all fees are paid at pickup.
