๐โค๏ธ Looking for an adventure buddy, running partner, and best friend all in one? Meet Apollo! โค๏ธ๐
Apollo is a handsome 6-year-old, 71-pound gentleman who found himself at the shelter through no fault of his own when his owners could no longer care for him. Despite losing the only home he knew, Apollo has remained sweet, loving, and eager to find a family to call his own. ๐ฅน This active boy would make an amazing trail running companion, backyard playmate, daily walking buddy, and loyal best friend. Apollo is currently enrolled in the Second Leash on Life Cell Dog Program, a partnership between Caloosa Humane Society and the Moore Haven Correctional and Rehabilitation Facility. Upon graduation, Apollo will be housebroken, crate trained, walking beautifully on a loose leash, skilled in sit and down commands, able to stay in place, and reliable when called. He will also be AKC Good Canine Citizen test-ready! Apollo has spent 75 days in the shelter waiting for someone to give him a second chance. While he's making the most of his time by learning valuable skills, what he really wants is a family to come home to. At 6 years old, Apollo is the perfect balance of playful energy and mature manners. He's past the puppy chaos but still ready for every adventure life has to offer.

Apollo would thrive in a home that can keep up with his active lifestyle and offers him plenty of opportunities for adventure and play.
