Blaze CGC is an intelligent and athletic Australian Cattle Dog who is about 6 years old and ready for his new adventure! He thrives on having a purpose and being an active part of his person's life. Blaze isn't a couch potato; he comes alive on hiking trails, long walks, road trips, training sessions, and any activity where he gets to work alongside his person. He has a solid foundation of training, including sit, down, place, stay, wait, recall, and threshold manners, and he's even working towards his Trick Dog title! Blaze is looking for a special person who genuinely enjoys spending time with their dog and appreciates the unique partnership that an Australian Cattle Dog offers.
Ideal Home
Blaze is seeking an experienced owner who understands canine behavior and is comfortable managing resource guarding. He is not a good match for first-time dog owners or homes with young children. He can succeed in an active home but may experience frustration and reactivity when confined or excluded.
Ongoing Health
Blaze will receive proper vaccinations, deworming, and vet checks before going home. Health records are available by contacting Kristy D.
