Hi, Im Calixto!

I was born on January 21, 2026, and I'm one of four lucky puppies who survived after my brave mom, Capulina, gave birth to six. Two of my siblings didn't make it, but me and my brothers Cielo, Cayenne, and Cortez pulled through with all the strength of her love.

I'm a striking little guy mostly black with dainty white toes that look like I dipped them in paint. Fancy shoes, anyone? I'm playful, curious, and already showing off the spark that makes me unforgettable.

Life is pretty amazing now I get to grow up safe, wrestle with my other dog friends at our outdoor shelter, and learn how sweet it feels to be cared for. My journey is just beginning, but I know its leading me to something wonderful: a forever family who will laugh at my antics, admire my painted toes, and love me for the happy, resilient pup I am.
