Hi, I’m Lucy—a silky‑soft, one‑year‑old sweetheart with a gentle soul and the cutest dramatic flair. I’m still a medium‑sized girl at about 35-40 pounds, and I’m spayed, vaccinated, and heartworm negative. I’m mellow in the house, easy to live with, and happiest when I’m near my people. I’m a sweet girl with a vocal streak—nothing wild, just my little “aroooo” when I want something, when you first wake up, or when you come home and I’m excited to see you. I’m obedient and smart, and I know “sit” both verbally and with hand signals. I picked up house training quickly, and I love routine. Bedtime is one of my favorite parts of the day, and I sleep soundly through the night like a respectful little snugglebug. I get along wonderfully with big dogs, little dogs, and cats. I came into rescue with an injury on the top of my head. It healed beautifully, but the hair never grew back, so I have a tiny bald spot that makes me even more unique and endearing. I’m affectionate without being clingy, gentle without being timid, and grateful for every bit of love I get.
