Ideal Home

Because Tawny is expected to grow into a medium-to-large-sized dog, he would do best in a home with a securely fenced yard where he can run, play, and safely burn off puppy energy. He is going to grow into a big, beautiful dog who will appreciate having space to stretch his legs and enjoy outdoor fun.

Ongoing Health

All vetting is included in the adoption fee, including DAPP with booster, Bordetella, Rabies vaccine, multiple broad spectrum deworming treatments, spay/neuter, flea prevention, a 12 month heartworm preventative injectable, heartworm test and treatment if needed, and a microchip with free lifetime registration.

Training & Support

Tawny is doing an amazing job with his training and is making great progress with potty training. He is eager to learn and eager to please, and his intelligence and willingness to learn will make continuing his training a rewarding experience for his future family. Our team assesses every animal with trainers on staff, modifies behavior as needed, and creates individualized behavior plans to help prepare dogs for their future families, including crate training, potty training, and leash walking.

Transporation

Tawny is located in Houston, Texas and can be transported to various locations nationwide, including drop off locations in WA, UT, OR, ID, VA, PA, OH, NY, CT, VT, TN, KY, WI, MN, IL, WI and Canada. Transport is available, and adopters will have the opportunity to track their journey in real time and receive photo updates. Canadian adopters can pick up in Bellingham, WA, Buffalo, NY, or Brattleboro, VT. Texas adopters must pick up from the Houston area.
