Truffles

Truffles is a 2-year-old, 15 lb Cairn Terrier mix with an irresistible underbite and a heart full of love to give! She's a sweet, affectionate girl who enjoys adventures and being by your side. Truffles loves to explore the backyard, sniff out new discoveries, and keep a watchful eye on her surroundings. She's also a big fan of cuddles and soaking up all the attention she can get. Truffles is great with kids and has done well with other dogs in her foster home, but she does like to be the queen of her castle and may not always want to share her favorite toys. She tends to bond most closely with women and would thrive in a home where she can be showered with love. She could also be happy in a home with a man, provided he is patient and willing to earn her trust.

Ideal Home

Truffles would love a home with a woman or women who can give her all the attention she deserves. She also enjoys the company of children. She gets along well with other dogs but prefers to be the queen of her castle when it comes to toys.

Ongoing Health

Truffles has tested positive for heartworm and will be treated by our rescue prior to adoption.

Training & Support

Truffles enjoys being the queen of the house and isn't always eager to share her favorite toys, so some guidance may be needed in this area.

• The adoption fee of $295 includes Capstar, spay surgery, microchip, deworming, DHLPP vaccination, rabies vaccination, heartworm test and treatment, Bordetella nasal spray, and the first month of heartworm/flea preventative (if applicable for age).
