Meet SCARLETT! Scarlett is a beautiful Cane Corso, approximately 4 years old, who has overcome incredible odds. She arrived at the shelter emaciated and in pain, having clearly endured a difficult life. Despite her past hardships, Scarlett is a gentle, sweet, and lovable girl who has chosen kindness. Her foster family describes her as a happy, affectionate, and total love bug who enjoys playing with other dogs and adores her people. She readily rolls over for belly rubs and has gained healthy weight, with pain medication providing much-needed relief. Scarlett has so much love to give and is ready for her second chance at a happy life.

Scarlett would do best with a family who can offer patience, love, and a commitment to her continued care.

Ongoing Health

X-rays revealed orthopedic abnormalities, and Scarlett will be undergoing surgery on her back knees.

Training & Support

Scarlett is a loving and affectionate dog. Her foster family reports she enjoys playing with other dogs.
