About Blair (Billie)

Meet Blair — also known as Billie! She's a 16-week-old, black-and-white bundle of energy who's ready to bring endless fun and love into your life. As a Lab/Pit mix currently being fostered in Austin, Texas, Billie is expected to grow into a large, spirited dog with a personality as big as her heart. She’s bold, curious, and believes everyone is her best friend, making her a true joy to be around. Billie loves to explore, play, and “talk” to her humans, always eager to be your loyal sidekick on every adventure. She's even been nicknamed "Billie" for her impressive climbing and jumping skills, showing her commitment to every mission! One of her favorite pastimes is watching TV, where she can be found sitting attentively, completely invested in the screen. She’s a smart girl who’s already mastering commands like sit and come, and she’s well on her way to being fully potty trained. Billie is a social butterfly who gets along wonderfully with other dogs and would likely do well with respectful children who understand puppy energy. She's off to an amazing start and with continued structure, guidance, and consistency, she'll blossom into a well-rounded adult dog.

Ideal Home

A home where someone is around more often than not to guide her, engage her, and help channel her big personality. A family ready to embrace her bold, adventurous spirit and keep up with all the fun she brings.

Ongoing Health

Blair and her siblings had a skin condition that caused some hair loss, but they have fully recovered and are in the healing phase as their coats grow back.

Training & Support

Billie is about 80% potty trained and will let you know when she needs to go. She is comfortable in a crate for short periods and sleeps through the night. She is doing well on leash and building confidence daily. Like any puppy, she will need continued structure, guidance, and consistency as she grows.
