Winnie

Winnie is a sweet, gentle girl who loves being close to her person. Shes happiest when she can spend time nearby, whether thats relaxing at home or heading out for a nice walk together. One of her favorite places is her kennel, where she enjoys taking naps during the day and feeling safe and comfortable. Winnie has a calm nature and good manners overall. She only gets jumpy when shes especially excited like first thing in the morning when shes happy to see you but otherwise she stays relaxed and calm while getting attention. Shes very attentive and observant, always watching the people around her. We do not know for certain if Winnie is deaf but she already responds well to motioning hand signals and would likely do great learning more visual cues with someone willing to spend the time working with her. Winnie can be a little wary around young children, but with patience, consistency, and positive experiences, she has the potential to grow more comfortable over time. At her core, shes an incredibly loving dog who wants to bond closely with her people and be part of their everyday life.
