Meet Jackass Hill Griffs. Jen Holmes is from New York and breeds Wirehaired Pointing Griffons. I have had dogs all my life, but the griff was not known to me until 2018 and I instantly became enthralled. Their ruggedness, personality and intelligence won me over. I have successfully raised and placed 4 large litters of puppies into wonderful homes. The reports from the pups' owners has encouraged me to continue this line. Although I do not hunt, we live on a 50 acre farm and my dogs are constant companions in work and play. My goal is to breed quality dogs with exceptional personalities, solid temperaments and maintain the instinctual hunt for which they are bred for. The pups are provided with an abundance of positive attention while being encouraged to explore and learn all types of terrain and challenges. They are well socialized with other dogs and humans before they leave for their new homes. Tails will be docked, routine deworming and recommended vaccinations will all be performed. Frequent and regular updates are provided to new owners. I strive to make the experience exciting and positive for all involved. AKC proudly supports dedicated and responsible breeders.
