About Blair (Billie)

Meet Blair, who her foster family affectionately calls Billie! This sweet, black-and-white Lab/Pit mix is about 16 weeks old and bursting with personality. She's bold, curious, and convinced everyone she meets is her new best friend. Billie is expected to grow into a large dog and is currently being fostered in Austin, Texas. She's a playful pup who loves to explore, "talk" to her humans, and be your loyal sidekick on any adventure. She even earned her nickname by being as agile and daring as a little billy goat!

Ideal Home

Billie would do best in a home where someone is around most of the time to guide her energetic spirit. She is fantastic with other dogs and enjoys playing with them. While she hasn't been around cats or children yet, she would likely do well with respectful kids who understand puppy energy and boundaries.

Ongoing Health

Billie and her siblings had a skin condition that caused some hair loss, but they have fully recovered. Her coat is in the healing phase and is expected to grow back beautifully.

Training & Support

Billie is a smart cookie who is already coming when called and sitting on command. She's about 80% potty trained and will let you know when she needs to go. She's comfortable in a crate for short periods and is sleeping through the night. She's also doing well on leash, but like any puppy, she'll benefit from continued structure, guidance, and consistency as she grows.
