Meet Dexter!

Dexter is a handsome Anatolian Shepherd mix, just shy of a year old and weighing in at 57 pounds. He's still growing into his giant paws and even bigger personality! While he may look dignified in photos, Dexter's true purpose in life is enthusiastically giving hugs to everyone he meets. He's athletic, curious, playful, and smart, approaching the world with full puppy enthusiasm and a complete lack of concern for personal space. He can go from zooming around the yard to snuggling his favorite leopard print blankie in record time. One moment he's a majestic livestock guardian, the next he's an oversized toddler eager to be included in everything.

Ideal Home

Dexter is the perfect blend of goofy puppy chaos and future gentle giant, all long legs, giant hugs, and unconditional love. He does wonderfully with kids and dogs of all sizes.

Ongoing Health

Dexter is neutered and fully vaccinated.

Training & Support

Dexter is already housetrained.

Dexter is in a foster home in Corpus Christi, TX. Transport is available to your new family's area once adopted.
