Meet Adorable JUNIE! She has the most beautiful eyes that will melt your heart! This smart and playful girl is ready to bring tons of joy and adventure into her forever home.

Junie was born around December 29, 2026, and is estimated to weigh around 60 lbs as an adult. She's growing fast, weighing 28 lbs at her vet visit on May 12, 2026! Her breed mix is a guess based on her appearance, with possibilities of Golden Retriever, Collie, Husky, and maybe a touch of Pitty, but one thing is for sure: Junie is 100% dog!

Ideal Home

Junie is great with other dogs and would love a canine companion to play with. She hasn't been around cats yet, so that's something to consider. She loves everybody and is a sweet girl who enjoys cuddle time. She's recommended for a home with children at least 6 years old. Be prepared for puppy behaviors, energy, and the need for leadership and training. She will also need patience and time to adjust to her new environment, as any dog would.

Ongoing Health

Junie is microchipped and crate trained. She will be under a strict contract for spay completion. The rescue offers a $100 refund after spay or will cover the cost at their vet in the Flint area. They do not spay dogs until at least 6 months of age for their long-term health.

Training & Support

Junie is starting to learn leash manners and commands, and she's at a perfect age for training as she learns fast! She is food motivated and loves mealtime, and she thoroughly enjoys playing with toys and other dogs. Junie is working on potty training and is almost there, but will need continued training for complete success. Puppy obedience classes are recommended to help her thrive.
