Meet Bodee, a precious 2-year-old Chiweenie (Chihuahua/Dachshund mix) weighing around 25 pounds. He's a true love bug with a huge heart, happiest when surrounded by his favorite people. Bodee enjoys chasing his ball and playing with his toys, and his calm, easygoing personality makes him a joy to be around. He's affectionate, gentle, and has a sweet nature that makes everyone fall in love with him instantly.

Ideal Home

Bodee would thrive in just about any loving home. He's good with children and other dogs (preferring those his size or larger). While he hasn't been tested with cats, his gentle nature suggests he could adapt.

Ongoing Health

Bodee is neutered, vaccinated, and microchipped. He also received ProHeart 12, providing a full year of heartworm prevention.

Training & Support

Bodee is crate trained, potty trained, and walks well on a leash. He's motivated by food and treats and responds well to positive reinforcement. While he has a calm to moderate energy level and enjoys walks and outdoor time, he's also perfectly content relaxing, cuddling, or playing with his toys.

Bodee is currently being fostered in Houston, Texas. Transport is available for out-of-state adopters for an additional fee of $250, utilizing USDA-certified transport teams.
