Panda the perfect doggy pal

Panda is a sweet, shy 2-year-old, 50-pound Pittie mix who is as mellow as he is lovable. He enjoys the simple pleasures in life: chew bones, toys, and daily walks. Panda thrives on routine and structure, and you can tell he's grateful for every bit of love and stability he receives. He's a fantastic companion who forms deep bonds and rewards his humans with endless devotion.

Ideal Home

Panda would do best in a quiet, serene suburban or rural home. He is looking for a home with at least one other dog, as he gains a lot of confidence from his canine friends. We do not recommend him for a home with cats. He previously lived with children aged 5 and up and did well, but he would do best in a home with respectful and sweet children.

Ongoing Health

Panda is up to date on all vetting, which includes vaccinations, deworming, flea and heartworm prevention, and he has been spayed and microchipped.

Training & Support

Panda is kennel and house-trained. He is great on leash and enjoys tandem walks. He also travels well and is patient during car rides. He will need a patient adopter who will allow him a full decompression period to adjust to his new home. Our behavior team and foster mom will be available to offer guidance.

Panda is currently located in Texas but can be transported to you on our USDA-licensed transport vehicles. We facilitate adoptions across the US, including WA, UT, OR, ID, VA, PA, OH, NY, CT, VT and Canada.
