Mondo is a stunning 5-6 year old Australian Shepherd mix who weighs about 50-55lbs. Don't let his age fool you, he's an active guy who loves to play! Mondo has a gorgeous dark charcoal grey coat with a white belly and spotted legs that are even more impressive in person than in pictures. He's up-to-date on all his shots, heartworm negative, and microchipped.
Ideal Home
Mondo would love an active home where he can be included in daily life. He's not a couch potato or an apartment dog; he needs regular exercise like walks, hikes, or camping trips. Mondo can be the only dog in the home, or he'd love a medium to large breed canine companion, male or female. While he enjoys his active time, he also loves to relax on the couch for cuddles and movie nights. He can do well with a family with school-aged children, a couple, or a single person. Absolutely NO tie-outs or electric fences for this smart pup!

Mondo is neutered, up-to-date on all vaccinations, heartworm negative, and microchipped.
Training & Support
Mondo is potty-trained and crate-trained. He knows basic commands but is not yet off-leash trained. He's a smart and agile boy who is eager to learn anything you want to teach him. He's very food motivated and loves to play chase in the yard. He rides well in the car without anxiety. At his foster home, he has not had any issues with fence climbing or escaping because he gets plenty of exercise. He is not a dog to be left in the backyard without interaction.
